Sleep Naturally

It was one of those nights.  Laying there in bed late at night while ruminating over everything I had to do the next day was just agonizing.  Yes, I had to work on my taxes, finish a powerpoint presentation, bill multiple clients, and make sure to prepare meals for the week for my family, but how was lying awake worrying going to help?   I knew I needed sleep to be able to get through all of my meetings tomorrow, but my mind just wouldn’t shut up.  Why couldn’t I just do what I needed to do right now … sleep???
